Ken Baylor is a security advisor to Silicon Valley firms. Previously, he served as Symantec's Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM®). As CISO, he was responsible for development of all information systems security policies, oversight of implementation of all security-related policies and procedures, and global protection of electronic and digital assets. He also worked closely with internal products groups on security capabilities in Symantec products, and headed-up the Information Security department. Ken Baylor has 15 years of experience leading global IT and security teams. Prior to joining Symantec, Dr. Baylor led a number of strategic initiatives within McAfee, where he was recognized as an expert in Intrusion Prevention Systems and Risk Management. He was active in developing strategic alliances and creating the Service Provider program. Dr Baylor holds bachelors and doctorate degrees in Science from the National University of Ireland, a law degree from University of Wolverhampton, England and an MBA from the University of Texas. |

Yogita Parulekar is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Information Security Manager, and a Certified Information Systems Auditor. As Director of Global Information Security Policy, she headed the effort of developing security policies for Oracle. Prior to this role she led the IT audit team within Oracle's Internal Audit group. While at Ernst & Young, she managed a variety of technology audit and risk engagements for clients in the hi-tech, life sciences, and banking and financial industries. Yogita was the President of the ISACA Silicon Valley Chapter for two years, and during her tenure the Chapter received its Worldwide Best Chapter award. She is currently the Managing Director of Invi Inc., a technology governance and business advisory services company. |

Kishor Kapasi has over 25 years experience in finance, accounting, audit, tax, law and information systems. Currently, he is working as the Director Corporate Development with Saama Technologies, Inc. in Campbell, CA. Kishor has worked in 5 countries, namely, USA, Canada, Oman, UAE and India. Kishor has served the ISACA Silicon Valley Chapter as the President for 2 years (2001-02 and 2002-03) and as the Treasurer for 2 years (1999-2000 and 2000-01). He has been serving the Silicon Valley Chapter as a Chapter Advisor since July, 2003 till date. Kishor has been a Member of 5 Chapters of ISACA in 4 countries, namely, Dubai, UAE, Muscat, Oman, Toronto, Canada, Phoenix, AZ and Silicon Valley, San Jose, CA, USA since 1988. Kishor possesses a BS in Chemistry-Physics and LL.B degrees, and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA®), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA). |

Ranjita Chakravarty joined the Internal Audit Department of Stanford University, in April 1998. As IT audit manager, her responsibilities include planning, conducting and managing system audits and providing consulting services to various Information Systems departments at Stanford University. Prior to joining Stanford, Ranjita was a Manager at Coopers & Lybrand L.L.P., in their Computer Assurance Services practice, where she conducted, managed and coordinated IT Audits of a variety of firms in the retail, high-tech, manufacturing and banking industries. Prior to Coopers & Lybrand she was with the Corporate Internal Audit departments of two major banks in Massachusetts - the Bank of Boston and State Street Bank. Ranjita received her MBA from Arizona State University, her MA in International Relations from Jawaharlal Nehru University, India and B.A. in Political Science from Delhi University in India. Ranjita is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). She is a current member and Past President of ISACA – Silicon Valley chapter. Ranjita has presented IT audit topics at various professional organizations such as ACUA and HEUG and has contributed articles to the ISACA journal. She participated in the development of the Risk Dictionary available on the ACUA website. In her spare time Ranjita is active in the Bay area theater and film community. |

Sudhir Mandal is the Information Technology Audit Manager at Xilinx. In his current role at Xilinx he worked with IT Compliance and External Auditors and enhanced the efficiency of SOX Information Technology controls testing process. Performed IT Risk Assessment. Implemented ACL as an audit tool and utilized for operational audits. During his tenure at Dolby Laboratories he managed an external resource in developing process documentation, risk control matrix, test procedures and performed testing of SOX IT key controls. Sudhir has an MBA from University of Phoenix, MS from University of Patna, India. Sudhir is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a member of ISACA Silicon Valley Chapter. |
